  • Question about MagicJack phone line?

My 95 yr old mom just moved into assisted living and we got her a new phone and phone number because its out of the area and we can't transfer her existing phone. But we want to keep her old phone number that she has had for almost 70 yrs. Can we install that thing called a "Magic Jack" so we can eliminate her monthly phone bill for a phone that will no longer be used? But if and when she comes home we sure want to have that same number. Thank you.

  • New Yahoo Email format, how to make it work right?

As most of us, I get about 200 spams a day. The old format let me click "check all" and then delete them all at once. This new format makes you check them one at a time. That takes way too much time. How can I delete them all at once again? Thank you

  • Any judges or Attorneys out there? I have a Small claims question?

I am the Plaintive in Small Claims. The decision is meant by a Preponderance of the Evidence. So thats 51% in my favor. I won my case. The defendant filed a appeal. Is it still the same 51% or does it now (the appeal) require a higher degree of proof? Like beyond a reasonable doubt, like in criminal cases? Thank you.
