how to shred coleslaw?
I want to make coleslaw that is very tiny like Chick Fil a makes. I have shredded cabbage, but want to buy some kind of professional shredder to make it very tiny. Both KFC and Chick Fila make it that way. Its so tasty.

A food processor will do that, even a mini one. That is what I use to make finely shredded veg for coleslaw.

Depending on how much money you want to spend, you can buy a mandolin and shred it finely or a food processor and do it that way. Also, let it sit at least one day and you will notice a difference.

Gee, I have always used a sharp knife. One of those sharp forever knives actually works well. I prefer my Cicago Cutlery Chef knife though. I keep it sharp.
