Chip addicition making me fat. Advice?
The title says it all. I have a chip addiction. It's no joke. I do all the grocery shopping in my family, and I walk by the junk food isle every time. It may sound odd but it's like being addicited to cigarettes. You see one and got to have one. You see the bags, you got to buy it.I have tried just walking past the isle but litterally fail every time.
I am also a midnight snacker. I eat the chips at night where no one can see me. It's an embarrasment. I am 220 pounds. I eat totally healthy during the day and then the urge hits me to eat that bag of chips. I eat at least 2 bags a week. After the bag is empty I feel totally guilty, but then the next shopping trip comes (I shop once a week) and two more bags go into the cart.
I seriously need some help. Because of my weight I'm embarrased to talk to anyone who can see me. My husband tries to help. He refuses to buy me any when he goes out but it actually creates fights. We argue every time I ask him for a bag and it's actually ruining our relationship. Please help before this gets even more out of hand.

Brooke, it sounds like your adrenals are out of whack! Craving salty foods (like chips) is an indication that your adrenals need some help. Also, do you get tired around 3 or 4 in the afternoon? When you stand up really quick from sitting do you get lightheaded or dizzy? Shine a small pen light or your cell phone in your eye and look in the mirror and see what your pupils do. They should, get small and stay small. Do yours open up really fast and get small again or get bigger?? These are all tests for adrenal support. If you answered YES to at least 2 of these questions you may want to get on an adrenal support! It will really help with the salt cravings too. There is a product called Adrenal Complex by Mediherb. My fiancé is a Chiro and Nutritionist and so many people have adrenal fatigue. Find a chiropractor in your area that sells Standard Process and they will know what Mediherb Adrenal Complex is. I wish you could buy it in a regular store but only MD's, Chiropractors and Vets can sell it. Check this out! I really do think that's what is going on with you! It will also help with sugar cravings too!!! I hope this helps you:)

Whenever I feel the need to eat some unhealthy snacks, I always ask myself "am I hungry, or am I just bored?" It's a great way to let your body know that you don't really need to snack on that unhealthy food. And maybe try a food that's really good for you, but still crunchy like chips. For example, almonds are sooooo good for you. Seriously, I would try it! Good luck

it is quite troublesome to respond to devoid of specifics. what proportion luggage of chips? How plenty and the way plenty goodies? i might project to assert however, that on account that chips are often fried, it extremely is probably greater durable to burn off fat than sugar.
