Ok. WHO is the 'strongest' anime character ever created?

Touhou is not an anime, (though there is a fan-made anime of it) but everything listed here is nothing compared to a great deal of touhou characters.

While I could go on about how something like Flandre Scarlet could wipe out all the other characters suggested (including the omnipotent ones) in these answers in a blink of an eye, I think the strongest is Yukari Yakumo.

Yukari Yakumo can manipulate boundaries, including conceptuals.

She can use this ability to do literally anything. She can flat out overpower anything I can think of by manipulating the boundaries of pain, power, weakness, death, life, consciousness, luck, etc.

She can do literally anything she wants to. Anything that exists, ever existed or will exist is only because she allows it.

I'm thinking Super Majin Buu. Only Vegito was stronger but Super Majin Buu killed with out hesitation plus he was really smart as he was able to trick Gohan and Gotenks (the latter not actually being that impressive haha).

Anyone who is omnipotent since they can never be beaten even by other omnipotents. If omnipotents were to fight then it would always end in a stalemate.

Kami Tenchi is omnipotent which would pretty much mean he is all powerful and can't be defeated by anyone.

I would think Naruto is, he can control a freaken DEMON inside him for crying out loud!

Sasuke Uchiha, he is badass but cool and not only is he strong physically and has great techniques and is really smart, he is strongest mentally too ^^ I'm not just saying this because I'm a fan of sasuke, but because I genuinely believe it :)
