The whole sentence is: Quedamos para ir a una sala de fiestas y voy a arreglarme.

We've planned to go to banquet hall for a party and I'm going to fix myself up (hair, makeup, etc.).
Quedar in this case means having reached an agreement.

A little difficult to translate quedamos. queda means to remain and in some places it means to fit.
...para ir a una sala de fiestas y voy a arreglarme....to go to a room of parties and I go to get myself ready..Sala de fiestas could be a nightclub or a disco.
