More Fallout? Reminds me of the sickening feeling in the 70's - Better rebuild the shelter and dig out the respirator masks.

There is no information for Fallout 4 at this time, we don't know if it will be at E3 this year. Though with the failures that E3 has been over the past few years, we can only hope. I honestly thought THQ's Metro: Last Light was going to be Fallout 4 when I saw the commercial. The only plans Bethesda Game Studios has at the moment for E3 2013 is Elder Scrolls Online, nothing more.

Fallout 4 isn't confirmed yet. However, there are high chances that it will be revealed at E3 2013
