What are Some Good Ways to Relieve Anger?
So far, my way to release anger is to dig my finger nails deep into the palm of my hand. It's very, very painful, but also very, very affective. Usually, I'll end up with marks on my hand for a few days. I'm looking for some ways to relieve my anger without hurting anybody, including myself. Sometimes I have nowhere to run from whatever is bothering me (like at school). So I would really appreciate it if you can mention some methods I can do in crowds, without anybody else noticing. Some stress-relievers I can do at home are also appreciated.

Joe, I can't ignore those things that make me anger, not matter how hard I try. It's never going to happen. I wish I could beat everybody who annoys me...but most of these people are at school. I'm not known to be one to get into this kind of trouble. Besides, as I have said, I'm looking for more painless ways to relieve anger. I guess it should be painless for everybody. Go on a walk while listening to soothing music. Or go to the gym and work out! Don't hurt yourself or others. This is not a healthy way to express anger. Do guided meditation, or look up helpful anger management tips on the web. Theres plenty of them! Good luck. Please stay safe with releasing your anger.

ignore the things that make you angry or you could always just beat the crap out of the people that are causing you to be angry
