After the antics of Michael Adebolajo during his recent appearance in court?
should he be tolerated if he refuses to stand, respect the court and the law of the land, should he be allowed to be called Mujahid Abu Hamza if he has not changed it by deed poll and if he shows disrespect in any way should he be found in contempt of the court judging him and his co accused.
I am sick and tired of Muslims in all European and American courts acting with such ignorance and defiance of the west who allowed them to settle here.

If you or I attended court we would be expected to answer to our legal name - as in that which appears on our Passport, Driving Licence, National Insurance Number, etc. Michael Adebolajo can say he wants to be called Mickey Mouse if that is what he desires - but I would expect the court, and it's officials, to tell him that whilst in an English Court of Law he will obey the English Law and will be called by his recognised name of Michael Adebolajo. Pandering to his melodrama - and, more importantly, giving it press coverage, is only feeding his delusions of grandeur. Ignore any statements made by him other than those made when answering a specific question; use the guards to haul him to his feet if he refuses to stand when the judge enters the court; insist on calling him by the name on the charge sheet; and if he continues to be disrespectful tell him that time will be added to any sentence for contempt of court. If all else fails, clear the court of relatives and journalists until he behaves. Use him as an example to others of what to expect if you disrespect the law of the land.

He should not have been allowed to see the inside of a court room in my humble opinion, if the police "marksmen" had done their job, they would be yesterdays news by now, but, i can understand how and why "justice must be seen to be done", having said that , the clerk of the court and the magistrate should not have kow - towed to him, they should not have acceded to him being called by any other name apart from the name he was charged under, in short he should have been held in the cells and this farce dealt with in his absence, it's not as though it was a trial, it was only a preliminary hearing to basically, tell him they (magistrates) don't have the power or authority to deal with the case and that it will be held at the Crown court, so why give him a stage to perform is beyond me

That is contempt of court. He may be given an extra 6 months on top of that 'whole life' sentence. He is going away for ever.

Think they are trying to make sure they get a conviction and rather than him screaming human rights abuse etc will allow him a certain amount of latitude of course once he is jail there will follow frequent appeals protests regarding treatment it will be a nightmare .

Let's just get him banged up and out of the way. I bet he has a lawyer minting it at our expense, though.
