It might help to look at the All Scriptures Inspired of God and Beneficial book which says who wrote Job and shows the evidence. It was not written by Moses, but only added to the Bible by him. It is older than the writings of Moses and the place where Job lived was passed by Moses numerous times going to and from Egypt and his new homeland. He became acquainted with it and gathered it up there. It was actually written either by Job or Elihu....can't remember which. But the aforementioned book has the info.
Job is in the Tanakkah. Just not with the 5 books Moses wrote. It is common knowledge to all that Moses only wrote 5 Bible books including us.

Mark: There is an opinion that Job was written by Moses, and it is fairly accepted by many.
The question is incoherent though.

Job is in the Bible, though not in the Torah. Job is in a part of the Bible known as the writings.
