You don't tell them anything you just cut them completely eventually they will get the message
If you want to cut somebody out of your life they must have done something pretty awfull and hurt you deeply, if you ever feel like you wanna talk to them just re her the reasons why you cut them out of your life in the 1st place

when he is too much upon you and he is teasing you and being physical to you....
just start ignoring that person and dont make eye contacts... hell runaway
