Not sure, but your hissing noise could be what they call ringing in the ears. I believe there is a medicine for that but a doctor or pharmacy mini-clinic needs to diagnose and treat. There may also be a possibility that your noise is due to an inner ear problem (including irritation or fluid due to allergy) that drops and/or an antihistamine may help.
