Chicago politicians know more about their constituents than the NSA. You don't need electronic surveillance when the network of party precinct captains, ward committeemen, and aldermen is pervasive.

Not much. There are no conversations being recorded or listened to, only the origins and destinations and lengths of calls to foreign countries. Funny how when the law was passed that gave NSA this power, Republicans said they supported it and that as law abiding citizens they had nothing to hide.

Funny how there was no such term as "Chicago-style politician" until Obama was elected.
It's ALMOST as if some group just made up the phrase and a bunch of mindless drones picked it up and parroted it.
EDIT: Chicago has been nototrious for shady elections; true. But that was always associated with certain politicians. (e.g. Daly) The term "Chicago style politician" has never been a part of US political parlance. Sorry. And I'll pass on Google and stick to peer-reviewed reports, and major international media publications.
You do realize that anyone can put anything on the internet, right? Oh, of course you don't.
Lemme guess. You were one of those guys who always asked. "Why can't we cite wikipedia as an academic source?!"

It is the right creating the framework. Chicago has nothing to do with anything.
Corruption/ALEC/Koch and friends
So Snowden took the job to collect info and ran to the enemy and the right thinks this can be spun into election propaganda...will not work. I say he is being paid by the right
