just read the entirety as well

as all of the answers .

Yes they are in your face. I thought the shoes ads were annoying. They haven't stop popping since i bought some. But now you ask a question about something and the system grabs the main word of your question and displays related ads. It is ingenious I must admit however that is why we can't put a lot of comments in our answers. Like I always say, there is nothing free in America. If we aren't willing to pay for Y/A then the advertisers will AND they will still make a profit from it.

I just hope that I will not leave this site because of these weird stuffs.

I agree. It makes Yahoo Answers seem like a giant advertisement, and our words just targets for selling something.

I've been staying away lately -- I do miss my friends here but the site just seems so unattractive now. If Yahoo was smart, they'd make the site more and more beautiful for our thoughts and words, so that we would visit more often, and look, perhaps, at the few small ads at the side.

edit - after i pressed submit, more ads came up. no problem.

Mayn, that's why I use Firefox, with NoScript.
