Slavoj is one of the more outwardly honest philosophers.
Would add Peter Sloterdijk (as a successor to Martin Heidegger);
David Oderberg and Simon Blackburn for ethics;
John McDowell, John Searle, Henry Stapp, and David Chalmers for philosophy of mind; and
John Haldane, Alvin Plantinga, and William Lane Craig for philosophy of religion.

Overall, no, and he'd be the first to say so. There are about a dozen others that rank right up there with him, and each specializes in a specific branch of philosophy. I'd say the greatest all-around philosopher is the Dalai Lama.
