If the Israelites (The Jews) are the chosen people?

Because all religion is a construct intended to manipulate like-minded people in specific direction. Satan became much more insidious and evil to more easily frighten Christians into submission to the church. Jews used the promise of the Messiah to keep control. All religions use the assertion that they are the only "right" way to think to imbue their followers with a sense of superiority.

That was the teachings of those who followed Jesus and was done in order to force people to join their beliefs and thus build the religion into what it is today.

The church has grown to where it really doesn't need to believe in the invention of Satan. They should take responsibility for their own actions instead of blaming Satan/Devils for them.

Well, I never heard it said that JW was God's chosen people except when they come to the door saying it knowing full well that God loves all of his children and we all have been given an inheritance by him, that makes ALL OF HIS CHILDREN CHOSEN BY HIM. Amen.
