Christians- What is the reason that Jews support biblical arguments by saying that Jesus Christ was a Jew?
The fact that God practiced Judaism first of all does not have anything to to with the true faith itself of the gospels. Secondly, Christ practiced Judaism on Earth, but his heavenly kingdom is every good thing possible in abundance. Religion in this case is meaningless because Jesus did what was meant to be done on Earth, which included even teaching at the synagogues.
Thank you.
@Siona- Just because you are born a Jew does not mean you are a "Jew." A Jew, according to the Torah and the Talmud, is someone living on Earth by the expectations of God seeking to be with God and his waters of righteousness. Jesus Christ was not a "Jew" simply because he practiced it. It's like saying that if you study psalms and "say" you believe in the Mosaic convenant you are a Jew. Yet psalms warn about people who proclaim they know a faith, yet have no love in their hearts and will never be quenched and be consumed by the flame of the Lord. Read Jeremiah 22 concerning false prophets. You are obviously eating your own words.

Christianity is really just "fulfilled Judaism", but some Jews do not want to believe that.
They say that Jesus was Jewish in an attempt to say that Judaism is the only way. This makes no sense to people who are familiar with Jesus teachings, at least not exactly.
Now, I Do think that Messianic Judaism is likely the "most correct" religion for following God, but for people faithfully following the Messiah in the ways He asks in the New Testament, it seems nothing more is needed.
Judaism grew up around, and under the direction of, God Himself. Judaism is real, but it is incomplete without the Messiah.
(For Jews: Note the seeming "two Messiahs" in Judaism. Yeshua was "Ben Joseph", and at the time of His return, He will be "Ben David". First, He was the suffering Messiah, and when the day of the Lord comes, He will be the conquering king Messiah.)

Why would I care what the Bablyonian (pagan) Talmud has to assert approximately who's a Jew and who isn't a Jew? the reality concerning which could in basic terms be discovered in the pages of the written works stimulated by potential of YHWH on my own.

He WAS a Jew on BOTH sides of his lineage. Both Joseph and Mary descended from King David through his sons Solomon and Nathan. Looks like you came to teach - not to learn.

Scripture calls Christ both a Jew and the King of the Jews - so you'll understand if we believe God for his word.
Rom 9:5 Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are their ancestors, and Christ himself was an Israelite as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, the one who rules over everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.
Jhn 4:9 The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, "You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?"
Mat 27:11 Now Jesus was standing before Pilate, the Roman governor. "Are you the king of the Jews?" the governor asked him. Jesus replied, "You have said it."
Mat 27:37 So a sign was fastened above Jesus' head, announcing the charge against him. It read: "This is Jesus, the King of the Jews."

God practiced Judaism?? Wow, I had no idea God was a Jew.
If you believe your Bible then you believe that Jesus was Jewish.
EDIT NOTE: You are mistaken. If a child is born to a Jewish mother, it's a Jew. Period. Twisting definitions because you don't like them only makes you even more wrong.

He was born among Jews, and WAS a Jew.... to a point. And THEN, we read in John 7:
1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: **for he would not walk in Jewry**, because the Jews sought to kill him.
He knew who He was. He taught that he was the son of God and that the law of Moses was no longer sufficient for salvation. When they would not progress, and were trying to hurt him for teaching the required progression, he ceased to be one of them.
