Been throwing up for 10 days?

I have been throwing up for 10 days. I don't know if this is normal. It started with a sore throat 2 weeks ago. But, I have thrown up at least 30 times.

I went to my general practitioner a week ago and they said it was a cold and gave me a z pack. I had an allergic reaction to the z pack. Yellow eyes, conjunctivitis, tongue mouth and opening of my throat swelled. Went to the emergency room and they told me to stop taking the z pack. This was a week ago. But, I am still throwing up.

Is it possible to be throwing up for 10 because of a cold?

Update:

I left a message for the medical assistant/adviser at my general practitioners office. Sometimes it takes a day for them to call back.

I would just like to hear other peoples opinions for now.

Thanks

You shouldn't be vomiting that much. You run a serious risk of electrolyte imbalance. If it takes that long to go see your doc, you should find another one.
