I have a question about women's clothes?

why do pants, made for women, have a fly. They can't pee like us guys -- unless they can use one of those "stand-up" urinating devices that they supposidly make.

I wonder when men are going to start wearing dresses?

Update:

How about elastic waist-band, and as for buttons; in the thirtes they didn't have zippers, they were buttons. I remember that as if it were yes... uh, eighty years ago.

And I've always thought that a good idea WOULD be velcro,, I think us guys would love that, those zippers are kind-of painfull!

Anybody in the pants making trade reading this? Hint Hint.

Becsuse you have to close up the pants

    once they have been installed.

It has nothing to do with urination.

    You are simple minded.

I don't wear pants/trousers and don't own any. When I was a teen and did wear jeans I could just pull mine on without undoing anything. However my waist and hips are basically the same size and I'm very apple shaped. I guess a woman with bigger hips couldn't do that. I personally think that jeans are uncomfortable ugly and only wore them when I didn't have much other choice.

Because you kind of need it to get them on - unless you have no hips or the pants are elastic waist. I remember being surprised that men's sweatpants had a fly though lol.

I have a question for you:

What do you suggest women's pants should have, instead of a zipper?

In fact, why do they make zippers at all? Why not just buttons? Or velcro?

Well, women have a fly on their pants in case they want to get a little frisky and are limited on time. And, to answer your second question, men will wear dresses as soon as they make their own sandwiches.

Not all my pants have them, just jeans. Even my jean skirts have them.

It's because being able to zip/unzip makes them easier to put on and take off. Especially with how tight girls' jeans usually are, I'd imagine it being very difficult to put them on without being able to unzip them.
