Full on F1 Car Driven by God?

OK. No restrictions. No rev limiters, no wood boards, no restriction on exotic materials (Be-Al pistons and Be-Cu valve seats), no restriction on driver adjusted wings, no DRS zones (anytime you want), no bargeboard restriction, and no turbocharge or supercharge restriction. Nothing. No restriction except what your mind and wind tunnel can conceive. And your driver is God. Just how fast could he do Monza? Or any other course? Spinning 25,000rpm at 2,000bhp in a 500kg car, just how fast and dangerous could it be? If all F1 restrictions were removed and money was no object, just how fast could it get? 200kph hairpin corners?

I realize that you aren't engineers, I was just curious.

Adrian Newey already thought of this. Look up his concept F1 cars.
