I bought a domain and just finished creating my website but it is still on google which is now: https://sites.google.com/site/mycompany ..... I received an email from UK2 confirming that the doamin: mycompany.co.uk is mine now!
the question is HOW to change it into www.mycompany.co.uk

Consult the host's documentation for setting up a Custom Domain Name, expect it to take a day or so for the setting to propagate through the internet.
