Will I ever see her again?

I was in Nice and had numerous eye contacts with a random girl in the distance. We locked eyes a lot. I couldn't go over to her as I was with my family, I'm 15. I feel sad now that I probably will never see her again after leaving the vacation and feel I have randomly fallen in love with her... :/ . What do you think? Will I ever meet her in my life now that my chance was gone?

    Nope. This is what happens when you're a big pussy. Next time just ask a girl out the moment your eyes lock. Or you'll regret it.. again..
