Which Dual Sport bike should I Buy?
I'm a 6'1, 160lbs, intermediate driver, have a TTR 125 but want a dual sport bike and something thats way faster. I think 250cc is enough for me and wouldnt go any higher because im doing mostly backroads and offroading
I've been doing research over the past few days and looked at several bikes that could be options
1) kawasaki KLX250
2) yamaha XT250
3) honda CRF250R
My budget is around 3500, so I would be buying used to get within that price. please do not recommend the WR250R. its probably best bike but money is a big part of this and its too expensive
1) What bike do you guys suggest for me, and do you have another suggestion?
2) Can you provide me with the pros and cons of all the models

I also have a Suzuki DRZ400 Which I journey to paintings and back 20 miles each and every way. i'm able to do a hundred miles without concern. the previous proprietor did the Baja 1000 in this motorcycle and then the Mexico to Canada run. The motorcycle has numerous hundreds of dollars of mods on it, inclusive of aftermarket seat(i've got seen incredibly some courtroom circumstances with reference to the inventory seat). If i grow to be doing greater long distance runs i might probable get the heavier Honda XL650. the two motorcycles gets off the floor exceptionally certainly. once you're a airborne dirt and mud biker you would be happy with the two a variety of motorcycles. i would not leap some thing like the enormous BMW twin activities. twin activities are great reason you do no longer would desire to trailer them to get to the airborne dirt and mud!

DRZ400SM if you can find one in that price range. Easy to maintain yourself, lots of aftermarket mods, super reliable, lots of fun within legal speed limits.
Otherwise just test ride a few and buy the one you like.
