what is the ok weight for a women who lifts weights?

Hello,

I'm 5'1 and weight around 135-138, I jog 7 days a week and lift weights. Been jogging for 6 years recently started lifting weight a little over a years ago and I probably put on 10-15lbs (which Im perfectly fine with) I dont weight myself weekly anymore, i feel great about my body now. How much should I weight???? I have muscular legs, shoulders, and back

    At your height, I would say your ideal weight should be 125 given that you lift. I dont believe the number on the scale matters however, if you look great by lifting weight then more power to you.

    actual no longer!! My father is an authorized very own coach and the owner of a wellness club. I even have been lifting weights with the aid of fact i became 13 Years old and that i've got organic Double D's. so as this is in undemanding terms a fantasy.

    Hard to say without a picture, but I bet you look great at your height and weight with muscular legs, back and shoulders.

    Especially since you feel good about yourself, you need to forget what other people's standards are.
