Isn't god a bit of a drama queen?

Ok Christians, so I know you like to ignore this part of the Bible but remember in the old testament when those little kids made fun of a guy for being bald and god sent bears after them who ******* ate them just for that, isn't that just a little overkill being that they're kids?

 Have you never made fun of someone in your entire life? Thats the kind of thing a teenage girl would do on her period to someone who made fun of her and there are many instances of similar things like this. Aren't you scared that an all-powerful being is bipolar and watches you all the time, convicting you even for your thoughts and expecting people to fix a problem he created?
