I'm 21 and might be getting a job at a bank soon.. What clothing do I wear?

I would wear dress pants/skirt and nice, dressy shirts. You don't need to go over the top with the whole "business" theme (i.e. blazer, full suit), but do keep it classy and dressy. :) If you're still concerned, I would visit a bank anywhere and see what everyone is wearing. Stick to that theme.

    Good luck! :)

It depends on the bank and the job you are doing. Banks have more casual dress codes now so not everyone is wearing a suit. My bank for example, the female tellers wear a company button down shirt and long black flare leg dress pants. Never seen them wear jeans or any kind of skinny leg type of pants. Also, I've never seen any of them wearing flat shoes so I'm assuming they are required to wear high heels because they always seem to have on high heel black pumps. The upper-level females like loan officers/managers wear blouses or dressy tops, sometimes a blazer. I've seen them in skirts and pants. When they wear pants, they are long flare leg dress pants and always worn with high heels. With skirts, they wear pantyhose and heels. So it depends on the job. My bank is probably more formal than most but this is what I see.
