How far should i force a stretch?
After doing a jog or run to warm up, i like to stretch to try and increase flexibility. My friend told me I should stretch till it reaches the max amount of pain i can handle, but i also heard that forcing it could cause the muscle tissue to tear.

1. Go as far as you can, hold for about 15 seconds.
2. SLOWLY push yourself down. Move down approx. 1-2 cm each time
3. Hold each push about 5-10 seconds.
4. Go as far as you can, come out of it.
If you are REALLY hurting, stop. NEVER over do yourself.
