After doing a jog or run to warm up, i like to stretch to try and increase flexibility. My friend told me I should stretch till it reaches the max amount of pain i can handle, but i also heard that forcing it could cause the muscle tissue to tear.

I'm 5'6 and my hands are typical of someone that size. I want to be able to palm a basketball to improve my ability to handle the ball. I've been doing handgrip and tennis ball exercises trying to increase my grip strength. Is it possible to be able to palm a basketball with grip strength alone despite having somewhat small hands?

Atm my vertical leap is only at around 15-17 inches. I want to train my vertical leap to get to 43-45 inches.

what's a good field to major in where i don't have to worry as much about ending up overqualified or not being able to find a job position within that field. I'm trying to find a free program to prevent my laptop from overheating and shutting down. My computer only lasted 30 minutes into a game of league of legends and it shut down. Now I'm banned and it's all because my laptop overheats and shuts off while playing any moba or mmo game. Is there a program to keep my computer cool so I can play league all i want w/o worrying about my computer shutting down from overheating?

My computer has froze several times on league during the champion summoning screen when the game starts loading. Because of this I've had to shut down and within the first day of playing i've already been given a ban due to my technical issues. Is there another game that's like league, but has an ai system that will temporarily replace the leaver so if i have a technical issue like this, i can come back into the game without having to worry about a ban?

The pacers are heading back to miami for a game 7. If they win, can they beat the spurs and get a ring? If so, what would be the key matchups against the spurs to winning?

Do the coaches just tell them what plays they should run during the game, or do the players need to be able to read the situation themselves to run a play? To know what plays is effective against whatever kind of defense the other team is playing.

From what I know so far. PG=smaller guy/playmaker/can take it in himself when given the opportunity, SG=slighter bigger than PG/good all around shooter, SF=like a big guard/can shoot mid and outside shots, PF=can shoot outside/can post-up, C=mostly stays in the low most for dunks and rebounds. Forgive me if I'm wrong as I'm still trying to understand more about how these positions work.

I have two regular gba's. and a blue cable link that says intec inc. not sure if its a gba/gbc link. When I connect them, one says please apply here, and times out due to inactivity. The other says the same old stuff, "this area is reserved for 2 players only". Is my link broken, am i using the wrong kind of link? Please help.

I'm looking for a website where I can quiz myself on the structure of scales. Like how major is structured: WWHWWWH. And a minor(dorian scale) is structured: WHWWHWW. Im looking for a website that will show, explain, and quiz you on the structures of various scale degrees. I realize that there are many scale structures from hindu to blues to bebop. I'm looking for a website that will help me quickly learn as many as possible.

I saw a video on youtube about adding 10 inches to your vertical jump. i'm 5'5 but i really would like to be able to dunk in basketball too. So should I buy this 10 inches to vertical jump thing? I would like to get the opinions of people who have actually tried this product/ training manual. I want to have images i get from google as my cover photo in facebook. But when i try to set them as my cover photo, it says pic must be at least 399 pixels wide, and none of the pics i choose are ever big enough. Is there a way I can get it resized to work as a cover image?

Are there any websites that can help me study calculus stuff really well? I want to actually know what I'm doing when I'm working on calculus and be able to spend my time on the internet studying how to show my work, and make calculus easier. stuff like derivatives, and dy/dx, story problems, making graphs, piecewise function graphs, etc.

I'm 18 y/o, 5'5", my mom is 5'1, and my dad is 5'2. I've grown something like 2 cm in the last few years. All my friends have outgrown me and are 5'10 - 6'5. I really wanted to grow to at least 5'9. Should i just give up on getting taller and hope that my future children reach that dream height?
