Will Obama turn Holder loose to charge Zimmerman with murder?

While it is possible..... there is no evidence this is a "hate" crime and they would lose again....

Zimmerman's life is ruined....he will probably be hauled into civil court where the burden of proof is less....and end up paying even more....Zimmerman NEVER should have been charged....the proof was not there..... this was a media created and exploited tragedy

Perhaps you don't understand American law. George Zimmerman can never again be tried for murder. He has been tried once, and once is all the law allows. The only thing Holder can charge him with is violation of Martin's civil rights.

Also, the "race baiters" did not demand a charge of second degree murder. Feel free to find evidence that they did if you can. What they, and the rest of us, did demand was a trial.

Zimmerman wouldn't be charged twice. The amendment says you can't be charged twice for the same crime in the same court. They can charge Zimmerman with hate crimes which if it is associated with a death he could face the death penalty. This would be in a federal court.

Zimmerman's acquittal servers Democrats more than if he were convicted.

Civil suits can be brought against Zimmerman instead.
