Most definitely, yes. Cheese is excellent calcium and protein but to avoid a high cholesterol problem you need to reduce your intake of eggs, meat, poultry and sea food.
A lacto-vegetarian diet is very good for cheese lovers. This means no eggs, meat, poultry or sea food but plenty of dairy products such as cheese.

In my opinion not everyday. When i do eat it in some instances everyday I usually the white American cheese which is less fattening.

Yes as long as you don't "pig out" which i highly doubt you will but remeber to much of everything even healthy things is the worst thing for you :) hope this helps and im glad you're chosing healthy. Healthy wait gain is good.

No .cheese contain fat . If fat amount increases in body then u can be unhealthy .If u want to eat it every day, Eat In proper amount.

Cheese is good protein and good calcium. Cheese sandwiches and pasta with cheese in it will help for gaining weight.

i eat cheese, milk and yoghurt, all of which are dairy products and have fat in them, and i managed to lose 20 pounds. cheese is good for you in moderation.
