was this well writing?

Good Morning Mr. West I just want to bring this to your attention. One of the biggest problems we are having at the front desk. I was doing a full inventory on the packages, I came across most of the packages were rushed putting into the system. We have packages that are not into the system but are in the package room. Also it will be better if they don’t use the scanner and make sure the information on the label boxes are inputted correctly into the system manually. This will help make sure we are on top of the packages and making sure our resident is notified when they have a package. Rushing the job duty and not paying close attention making the front desk suffer.

OK, I'm not a teacher or an English major, but just a few suggestions from a native speaker's perspective:

It can be "good writing" or "well written", but not "well writing".

In the first sentence I'd put a comma before and after "Mr. West".

"One of the biggest problems we are having at the front desk" can't be a sentence on it's own.

You can't say "I came across most of the packages were rushed putting into the system", that is completely wrong.

I'd say "We have packages that are not in the system", not "into the system".

Also, "the information on the label boxes IS inputted correctly", not "ARE inputted".

Instead of "making sure" you should use "make sure".

In the last sentence, you should write "makes the front desk suffer", not "making the front desk suffer".

That's just what I noticed after a quick look. I'd need a closer examination for more details.

For a start: "Is this written well?" or "Did I write this well?" "Well writing" does not exist in English.

And the answer is that your piece is not written in standard British English. Possibly try to find a friend who is a native speaker of good British or American English. I have a feeling that your teacher is not a native speaker.
