How to complain about neighbours when landlord doesnt care.?
Our neighbours ars a constant nightmare and although I have complained to the land Lord he does not care. He doesn't live in the village and gets his rent so he doesn't get involved. I have complained to him several times and every time he has done nothing. I wish to know what to do next. Do I complain to the council about the neighbours celeb though they are private remnants or do I go somewhere and complain about the landlord himself? If so where do I go?

Why would you complain about the landlord himself? Does he not own the damn property? Yo he could kick you out like that.
What are your neighbours even doing? You don't specify. Without specifying you limit our ideas here.
