Booking Doctors/Blood Test Appointments?

Hiya everybody! :)

I have two questions about booking appointments at the doctors.

Can I just ring to book a blood test appointment without having had a face-to-face appointment with a doctor before hand?

Also, do I have to go through any particular process if I have been visiting the same doctors surgery all my life but wish to just book a one off appointment with a different surgery? (It's nearer haha)

    You have to book with your normal surgery as you are registered there.

    You cannot have a blood test without seeing the Doctor first.
