Yes - no matter where the ball or the fielder are positioned, as long as a batted ball is caught on a fly the batter is out.

Yes. It's like catching any other foul ball. Any runner can tag up and advance if they choose just like a regular foul ball also.

If it's a pop up/ fly out, yes. Also, if you have 2 strikes and you attempt to bunt and it ends up in foul territory (pop up or not), it's an out.
