Mate, this is a war what the U.S defines as a terrorist is a person or a force that causes the most collaeral damage, in most cases the U.S or anybody else won't even care about human rights let alone what's happening opposite their street
It's just a political gimmick they'll support the side that pleases them or agrees with their agenda

America not sure if they are terrorist but we can't do nothing when 10, 000 of thousands are dying or leaving there homeland. We need to do something
