Can seem to lose weight...what should I do?

I am 48 years old and joined the gym about 6 weeks ago. I have a personal trainer so I get a great work out and plenty of cardio. Of course since I am exercising I have a healthy diet as well with low carbs, lots of veggies, chicken, fish, etc.

The first two weeks I lost 3 pounds and was soo excited but I am now just stuck on the same weight. What's going on and what can I do to get this unwanted fat off my body!!! I'm not really that overweight. Need to lose 30 lbs or so.

    Hang in there! A lot of people plateau when losing weight, but don't give up. Being over 40 makes it harder to lose weight as people aged about 37 and higher store fat naturally therefore your body may be less willing to give it up, but the more you try it will eventually drop. Make sure that you are eating no higher than your recommended daily intake (if you want to know a specific figure, consult a nutritionist) and continue regular exercise, and you should keep losing weight. If you have a personal trainer, consult them oranutritionist about a healthy and balanced diet plan if you like so that you are sure you are eating the right amount of nutrients.

    If u don't want to have to work out so much cause u don't have time. Well I think u might enjoy this sight...
