What is a word for someone who possesses some kind of supernatural power?
As in the games inFamous, the word they use is Conduit, but that is not the word's English meaning, they clearly used the word for their own use. I would like to know if there is a word within the English language that clearly states such, or if there is one that is generally used within the world of Fantasy. Thanks.

They used "conduit" meaning that the person was a conduit for the supernatural. It does make sense.
There are a million such words: psychic, witch/warlock, sorcerer/sorceress, wizard, clairvoyant, magician, medium, shaman, medicine man, etc.

Depends on what type of supernatural power like if he know things about a person by looking at them then it would be clairvoyant or psychic. Most of the other terms may fall under gifted.

There is no word for that, other than freak, idiot, or something like that because magical powers don't exist.
