If science udeniably proved 1000% that jesus and or god never existed....?

....would you still believe everything you believe in....despite having this undeniable proof, that what you have believed in, was a fabrication...AND WHY OR WHY NOT?

Hopefully those who are strong Christians/catholics will answer this. Just curious. I don't want to hear any but science can't prove or disprove this and that....I just want a straight answer regarding the question. Nothing more nothing less.

Impossible, Sometimes atheist assert that there is no proof God exists. The only problem is that an atheist cannot logically make that claim.

In order to state there is no proof for God's existence, the atheist would have to know all alleged proofs that exist in order to then state that there is no proof for God's existence. But, since he cannot know all things, he cannot logically state there is no proof for God's existence.

At best, an atheist can only state that of all the alleged proofs he has seen thus far, none have worked. He could even say he believes there are no proofs for God's existence. But then, this means there is the possibility that there is a proof or proofs out there, and that he simply has not yet encountered one.

Nevertheless, if there was a proof that truly did prove God's existence, would the atheist be able to accept it, given that his presuppositions are in opposition to the existence of God? In other words, given that the atheist has a presuppositional base that there is no God, in order for him to accept a proof for God's existence, he would have to change his presuppositional base. This is not easy to do, and would involve a major paradigm shift in the belief structure of the atheist. Therefore, an atheist is presuppositionally hostile to any proofs for God's existence, and is less likely to be objective about such attempted proofs.

This is not a realm of science. Science for the most part has to limit variables and the one they always remove from the equation is the existence of divine interference.

If a viable is removed from any given equation the no conclusions can be reached on it because it was assumed to have no value. So of course any finding would support the stated value.

For example to define a solution set numbers are substituted for the letters in an equation.

    So A+B+C=12

Now if we were to substitute a zero for the A, that limits the number of solutions that can be found. But the value for A can be changed and as a result the solution set increases in number. So to say there is no God is a convenience of science, not a known fact.

The above is an explanation of why science can not disprove or prove there is a God.

Jesus is a different matter, Jesus is a historical figure and history is not what science is about. History is a humanity and out side the field of science. It may use science to date things and for other reasons- but it is not a science. So again science can not by function prove any thing about God or Jesus.

Science will never prove God does not exist because God created science. The heavens declare his creation.

Science can prove it all it can. That does not mean a thing. I will still choose to take heed and read the Proverbs more often. Why? Not because God exists. Because they are wise and make sense and do just what they say they do when you listen to them and follow their advice. Science may have proved God left long ago and is no longer here for all I care. There are still lots of things in the Bible that help me stay out of trouble and I have to keep going back to it to read it again if I want to remember it. That is how bad off I am without the Bible to help guide my steps. I never have been convinced of the story we have of the whole Christ story so I like to read more critical things about it. It is not hard to see what happened if anything happened at all. And I think it did. Just not in the way the New Testament would have us believe. So what? That does not make my faith and hope and beliefs any weaker. In fact it changes them not one bit.

The most beautiful and most profound experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all true science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead. To know that what is impenetrable to us really exists, manifesting itself as the highest wisdom and the most radiant beauty which our dull faculties can comprehend only in their primitive forms - this knowledge, this feeling is at the center of true religiousness.

It wouldn't change their beliefs at all. Their beliefs (obviously) aren't based on facts, or truth or reality now...that's not going to change. Science has already shown the creation story isn't true...so instead of questioning their story....like SANE people would....they question science. We are raising an entire generation of IDIOTS who are taught to distrust facts, knowledge, information, and science...simply because they all disagree with their myths.

They are doing all they can to ensure that our country is too stupid to be able to compete in the world.

jesus is real proven by historians .god myth non proven and will never be proven he could make believers out of atheist by proving himself to us or herself whatever and stop us from speaking or writing his likeness or her if it's that powerful

....and if they found out later that the 1000% proof was actually wrong, would you then believe that Jesus or God existed, or would you go back to the drawing board and try to come up with another proof?

Whatever you would do in this second situation, I would do the same in the first situation. Please let us know what you would do.

You can never disprove God's exsistence since we are here.
