Try to move on in life. If u have a great family or a great group of friends I'm sure they could give u more personal advice. Just know that ur cat is in a better place and that if u keep ur mind on the negative then u will fail but if u keep ur mind on the positive u will succeed.
Good luck xx

It's naturally stress relieving, try taking yourself there ['manually'] expecting it on tap as required so that you get a few minutes ahead of it, experience more fulfilling sleep and awake more refreshed.
Also, similar exercise, focus on your breathing for upwards of five minutes when everything's quiet - just hearing and feeling respiration, let thoughts come and pass uneventfully telling any that persist to simply "let go" - a stress melting effect takes place.
When you feel the positive effect of controlling yourself until relaxation occurs, permit a thankful smile - maybe also envisage the proverbial box being ticked, like you will remember how good it was and use it again when necessary.

To me it seems as though you had a special attachment to your cat. Maybe you had some really good memories with it or a strong sentimental attachment? When you lose something special, you're upset, and when you're upset you tend to not think as clearly as you otherwise might have. That is what's making you feel like you're screwing up. You just need to get over your grief and things will fall back into place. Perhaps try getting a new kitten?

It's only been 3 weeks that's not enough time to get over the death of a pet, I had two weeks off school when my dog died, it'll get a little easier each day though.

You should be grateful that you have a family, I have nothing and nobody - just four walls and a computer. Life can always be worst and I wish I had your life

You are sad because you lost your cat, it's normal and happens to everyone. Just get a new cat. All cats are great.
