It's cause you are nervous and it is totally normal! You have to just take it slow when you guys are messing around and relax, also let her give you oral or anything that will let you get an erection. Just relax your body and take it all it, and you'll be holding an erection for a while. Its all the nerves my friend!

It could just be nerves, but not getting an erection is not the normal result of nervous at your age. Not being able to last over a few seconds is the norm. try drinking a couple of beers and that should mellow you out. If that does not work, you may have a blood flow problem. See a urologist. The ED medicine like Viagra work well for this problem.

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/EGtO6 .

Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.

A good site with lots of info and good natural remedies about impotence is http://erectiledysfunction.toptips.org/

Erectile dysfunction is very common and becomes more common when you get older. An america survey showed that at least one in five men over the age of 40 years has erectile problems and about one in ten men are completely unable to have erections. With each increasing decade of age, the chance of having erectile problems increases.

    Bye Bye

Performance anxiety. Trick is not to worry.. but I suppose it's too late for that trick. I think you need to forget about having sex. Just cuddle up .. all naked one night... and try an experiment... learn something about being close to someone. You can get into some serious foreplay and even dry run... allocate hours.. even get a few dvd's... and try as hard as possible not to have sex.... you can't resist forever.. you will feel comfortable at some point in time.

One of the reasons why younger men don’t seek assistance for erectile dysfunction is that it is often assumed this is something that happens to older men. You may be surprised to learn how many men from the ages of 20 to 40 are also struggling with the issue of erectile dysfunction. Fully understanding that this is a problem men of all ages suffer from can encourage them to get the help they need instead of hiding their concer

avoid food high in phytate 'Food sources of Phytic Acid' in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytic_acid

    http://www.thenaturalrecoveryplan.com/articles/phy...

    http://chriskresser.com/another-reason-you-shouldn...

phytate causes body less able to absorb zinc, no zinc means no semen no testosterone no erection

    testosterone during puberty grows penis.

    - eat kosher diet (beef and lamb are kosher and contains lots of zinc, 1 egg a day may help too)

    - do physical exercises such as push up on knuckles (pressure points consists of knuckles of index finger and middle finger (2 knuckles) touching the floor), bicycle crunch, sit up on bed, chin up with palm grip down, lying on ur back bench press with knees on top of chest in order to prevent spine from curving upward when pressing the weight away from chest, lying on ur stomach reverse fly, lying on ur back dumbbell pullover, squats or whatever is enjoyable, daily, physical exercise causes testicles to produce testosterone, good for penis

frequent short sprint running on treadmill is also good, not long distance running, long distance running decreases testosterone

wear tight underwear which support 2balls when running

    - rest do no physical exercises from friday sundown to sunday daybreak (sabbath)

    - ensure u got vitamin d (milk, orange juice usually contain vitamin d), vitamin e (wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds) for skin protection, then sunbathe penis regularly, but not for too long of a time, 15 minutes max, too long will cause testicle to hurt, pls read source for more info and warnings
