Ways to lose belly fat?

So I'm a 13 year old who is 5'11 (boy lol) who isn't in the best shape. I weigh roughly 175. I've been wanting to get into better shape for a long time for reasons, but I don't seem to change. I think it's my eating habits why I'm like this. I play sports, go outside, and jump on a trampoline almost every day but nothing is happening. During the school year I have a cardio day in gym once a week. You are supposed to run 2 miles in 35 mins but I run 2 1/4. I'm not fast but (being honest here) can jog without walking for a long time. Out of my class I finish about 12th out of 50.

So now that you know what I do, what kind if exercises can I do at home to lose belly fat? Also, would I maybe be able to get a pack after that?

    If you really want to lose weight fast, you have to be prepared to really do everything in your power to lose weight.     lol jumping on a trampoline isn't gonna help. Buy some dumbells and start lifting. Start doing abdominals like sit ups, crunches, ect.
