workout question????????????

for examp. when working chest and tris is ti better to do 1st chest and then tris or mix it up like 1st 3 sets of bench press and then 3 sets of tricep extensions and so on

    Depends on what you mean by better, thats a whole other conversation. But, I believe mixing it up keeps your whole body moving by getting up from one thing going to the next then going back.Plus you won't kill yourself on one body part and not have enough energy to do another body part.

    everybody does it differently i finish chest first and then head over to work the triceps so its solid
