Pizza's sticking to tray...?
Ok so me and my mum make home made pizza's... Here's the run through...
Make bread in the bread machine (leave to rise etc...)
Roll out in flour and put toppings on (vegetables)
Put in oven...
They always stick to the tray though to the point of being unable to eat... Here's what we have tried...
-Greaseproof paper on tray
-Tray
-Non stick trays
And not one has worked...
Any ideas of what we could do and why it is going wrong ?!

Try sprinkling the tray with a little cornmeal, and don't press the pizza dough down onto the tray, just lay it on.

Sprinkle corn meal on the pan. See if that works. Also a pizza stone makes a nice crust.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.

Yahoo! Double points again!
I used to make pizza that way all the time. I used shortening to grease the pan and it never got stuck.

Use enough corn meal to lightly coat the pan.
