What defines a 'Respectable' Question and Answer site?

Basically the opposite of this place. Civility, asking appropriate questions in the correct categories, moderators who actually do their jobs and ban the trolls...

Have you ever been to that site? It's boring as hell, and there's no traffic.

I prefer Y!A. It's like Pro-wrestling, or the Jerry Springer show. You know it's garbage, but at least it's entertaining.

Where legitimate questions are asked and answered without agenda and foolishness for foolishness sake.

Where trolls should never be tolerated, but if such exceptions were extended they would be extended only to those who have such humor as to add value to the experience rather than cater to the lowest common denominator.

Where guidelines were enforced equally by the site monitors at each submission for q and a, and report monkeys were not present in any other form.

Where sufficient intelligence was present as to not be so easily fooled by posers.

Where honest information would be submitted and considered respectfully and without agenda and open hostility or disrespect.

Where people were mature enough to realize that whatever happened at the hands of another is not rightly laid blame at the feet of all, but that all mankind are individuals.

And in the event that all the previous are not possible, that one category be open to those morons to play in without access to the others.

Personally, I don't care what anyone wears or doesn't while they're here (in respect to your #2!)
