Future of UAV's in Civilian use?

Currently we think of UAV's in military application but after 2015 there is a chance they will be used commercially to deliver courier in remote places or perhaps a pizza. What impact will that create for the FAA and how difficult to maintain corridors?

Update:

This is not a creative question but rather something before Congress. By 2015 UAV's, by current will have unrestricted access. And yes there are many things to consider beyond FX and wannabes.

Update 2:

Additional Details. First para second line, "by current law"

It's difficult to imagine the commercial availability of drones in the private sector for a whole series of reasons. Dwell on the insurance liabilities. And I can just envision terrorists and lunatics drooling over the opportunities for havoc. It would be more sensible to consider the THREATS involved with the upcoming proliferation of cheaper devices so well suited for malevolent purposes.
