Try deleting them, or go and do something to take your mind of things. work later, go to the gym, go for a walk/run ect

You can't completely forget about a guy, try defriending them, and hanging with some otherpeople .
Try talking about different topics besides him.
Just remember that obsessively talking about him will make it worse. The best you can do is try not to start any drama, and be friendly when you have to., but you don't have to be buddy buddy with him.
Eventually you will grow to understand that he was only just a blip in your life and now he's just a person.

Ask someone to hide the picture for you, or you could trash it yourself. Also try rearranging your room( changing your surroundings to help forget) getting out more, finding something like a hobby to take your mind off that guy, it helps.

by the way, if you still can't forget that guy,why don't date him again if he still has felling for you.
