How many calories do you think these workouts burn?

So I hired a personal trainer and these are the workouts that we've been working on so far. Please tell me how many calories you think each workout burns.

Day 1: 10 min treadmill warm up going at 6.5 mph

Pull ups- 1 set of 30

Lat pull downs 4 sets of 15 using 45 lbs on each side

Row: 4 sets of 12 using 60 lbs

kettle ball swing 6 of 6

fly w/ rubberband 4 sets 12 each side

arm curls : 4-12

Day 2: 10 min treadmill warm up going at 7mph

Incline: 4 sets of 12 using 15 lbs

push ups: 4 sets of 12

fly w rubber band 4 of 12

Shoulder press w 1 leg switch 4-12

lateral raise: 4 sets of 12 using 10lb dumbbells

triceps push down 4-12

60 sec plank

side planks 6 sets of 6

CAT for 4 mins

COW for 4 mins

Leg raises on bench 4 sets of 12

Day 3: 10 min treadmill warm up 7mph

Lunges 4-12

bosu squad 4 sets of 8

single toe touch with 10lb dumbbells 4-12

Hams ball roll out 4 sets of 12

Glut kick back 4 sets of 12

Bridges w ball 4 sets of 12

High, med, low workout 4-12 (lay on my side kick my legs in and out going low, med, high)

scissors leg lift on bench 4-12

2 min plank

kettle ball swing 4-12

How many calories do you guys think each workout burns?

    Those look like some good High Intensity Workouts. I don't know how many calories but if you do them more than once you can probably burn over 500 cal. For example on day three consider that a set and take a minute or two minute break in between and do it again. Workouts like that help you burn fat even after your done working out. Good luck
