will this power supply give enough power for a nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS 512mb?
i have this power supply in computer just wondering if it is enough to power the system whilst normal use and whilst gaming , i would prefer not to buy another one if possible.

yea 500w should be fine, but that power supply sucks. You need to spend more money on a quality one with a bronze or gold rating. A power supply may say its 500 watts but unless it has a bronze or gold rating it doesn't mean that its 500 watts. Not to mention that they're susceptible to shorts. Do you really want a 10 dollar power supply running 900-1500$ worth of computer parts?

500w is more than enough, but that brand is sketchy i would get a name brand such as Sesonic/corsair/xfx/cooler master since the psu can literally destroy your other components its one of the last places you want to skimp.
