Million Dollar Smile He deserves better can you C/C?

Million Dollar Smile

Another little boy, with a million dollar smile,

Abandoned and alone, with no one for him to love.

How could we let this happen, forgive us God above.

Where the hell is justice, will there ever be a trial?

For the cause of that little boy with a million dollar smile.

Put a man on the moon, Through a party at the bar,

Make a thing of beauty from an old rusty car.

I could go on awhile, why we have no time to spare.

Why we have no money, no loving home to share.

For a little heart of gold and a million dollar smile.

Update:

Maybe I should have been gender conscious, Another little (Child) with a million dollar smile,

but this came from a picture of a little boy, It hit me quite emotionally. Some day, as I learn, maybe I will achieve better poetic expression.

    Even a little boy's smile can change the world... this poem really touched my heart... a really good poem.. keep it up! :)

    Very touching.Unfortunately,there are many little boys AND GIRLS with million dollar smiles and broken hearts waiting to be loved and cared for who are either in orphanages,or places of war(think Africa)or extreme poverty(think the barrios of Rio) and many other places on the earth.How about India where they regularly abort females? The world is sick and getting sicker with no universal aspirin to cure these horrible aches.
