    Call your carrier.

    They should be able to place a block on it.

    If worse comes to worse, be prepared to change your number.

    If you ring your phone company, and ask them to block that number then they won't be able to contact you anymore.

    By 'stalker' you actually mean you've led some body on and now you're regretting it and worried you get found out.
