anyone have links to the new domestic terrorist classification?

The reason you no longer hear about it is because it was a right wing claim that had no basis in reality. The ACTUAL report said that some actual domestic terrorist groups were using political language to gain more mainstream support. It said absolutely nothing about real political parties using political language or supporting standard political policies.

There is a lot of evidence of this happening. From the Georgia ricin terrorists, who claimed that they supported the libertarian tea party platform, and who used their far right belief system to justify their terrorist attack plot, to the new black panther movement who used the name and some of the basic tenants of the original black panther party to justify their death threats.

Domestic Terrorism : Involves acts, including threats or conspiracies to engage in such acts, which are violent or otherwise dangerous to human life, which appear motivated by an intent to coerce, intimidate, or retaliate against a government or a civilian population ("terrorist motive"), and which occur primarily within the United States and do not involve a foreign terrorist organization.

Statutory violations which, when accompanied by a terrorist motive, constitute federal crimes of terrorism include, but are not limited to, those listed under the Program Category of International Terrorism. (National Priority (N).)

** By loose definition, If I were to say that we need to stop paying taxes, or force the fools that want us to go to war with Syria out of office, then I can be considered a terrorist. I can also be considered one if I were to say that the federal government needs to be dismantled and the power given to the states until they can come up with better solutions to the problems we are facing as a nation.

I heard something about tea partier seeking missiles but I can't find anything about that either. It must be a conspiracy to keep us in the dark.
